A Feb 14th pop-up Featuring GRIT

2/14/23 - I joined Chef and Bar artist, Kelly Bluett, of GRIT, an acronym for Gratitude, Respect, Integrity, Taste— to curate a special prix-fixe dinner.

Chef Kelly and I worked closely to dream up a beautiful, artful, locally sourced 6-course experience. We welcomed our guests with prosecco, paper and botanical ink to paint with on the tables, poetry and interesting things to look at, live musical ambiance by Allen Giardinelli, as well as offered wine pairings, optional cocktails which complemented the menu, and a brief description of the menu by Chef Kelly at the beginning of the dinner. Mariah Callestini of Callestini Fisheries joined Kelly in the kitchen, and Stella Star photographed the evening! So much gratitude to all the other hands involved in making this pop-up possible!
